Merck Prestige® 5 + WNV Vaccine Single Dose
Merck Prestige® 5 + WNV is indicated for the vaccination of healthy horses 6 months of age or older as an aid in the control of respiratory disease caused by Eastern and Western encephalomyelitis viruses (EEE/WEE), equine influenza virus (EIV), equine herpesvirus Type 1 and 4 (EHV-1 and EHV-4), Tetanus and West Nile Virus.
Please Note: Vaccines are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

- Convenient, multiple antigen combination with WNV reduces the need for several injections

- Shown to decrease virus shedding of influenza and EHV-1 and EHV-4

Directions for Use:
Administer 1 mL intramuscularly, repeat with a single dose in 3 - 4 weeks.
Historically, annual revaccination with this product has been recommended. The need for annual booster vaccination has not been established for this product. A booster dose can be administered at more frequent intervals based upon individual horse or farm disease risk assessment or any time epidemic conditions exist or are reported. Consult your veterinarian.

Please DO NOT SHIP footwear (boots or shoes) in the manufacturer’s original box. Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.
You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
