Cashel Quiet Ride Belly Guard

It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine if your horse will be comfortable with this product and its' closeness to sensitive parts of his/her body.

The Belly Guard is designed with two long adjustable elastic straps for the front and two for the back.  The front has a plastic triangle divider that should center on your horse's chest.  The back has a piece of nylon webbing to hold the elastic straps together.  The webbing on the back should center on the top of your horse's rump with the label up.  All four elastic straps have Velcro on the ends with corresponding pieces on the Belly Guard.

 

1. Hold the Belly Guard in front of your horse, facing your horse with one front elastic strap in each hand.
2. Place the left strap around his/her shoulder across the withers placing the soft Velcro piece in your right hand. Let go of the right strap and push the Belly Guard back through his/her legs.
3. Place the left strap around his/her shoulder across the withers placing the soft Velcro piece in your right hand. Let go of the right strap and push the Belly Guard back through his/her legs.
4. Place the left strap around his/her shoulder across the withers placing the soft Velcro piece in your right hand. Let go of the right strap and push the Belly Guard back through his/her legs.
5. Smooth the Belly Guard back across his/her belly and with the nylon webbing piece in your left hand reach around the back of your horse’s rear leg and take the nylon piece in your right hand.
6. Take your horse’s tail and put it through the opening between the back of the Belly Guard and the nylon webbing piece.
7. Bring the elastic straps up over his/her rump and attach the soft Velcro at the end to the corresponding piece on the Belly Guard
8. Make any adjustments necessary for a snug fit and to keep the Belly Guard firmly against your horse’s belly
