Mustang Tan Wool Contoured Trail Pad Protector

Very happy with the pad so far. Great at sweat wicking and keeping my horse drier underneath and adds just the amount of pad thickness I needed to help the saddle fit. It also conforms to the horse's back and kind of holds its shape which I like. It is a win for me!

This pad is great! I needed a pad less than 1 inch, this fits my saddle and works well.

I recommend this pad for endurance type saddles that need a shaped, thinner pad. Saddle doesn't slide, wicks away sweat. Very nice pad for a reasonable price.

Great thin wool pad

I had a hard time finding a 1/2" pad with enough length to cover my saddle. I love this one only question if how long will it last?

Have ridden with it 3 times here in hot Florida. I choose it for the 100% wool content so the sweat dries quickly and the hair/dirt brushes off. I wish it was higher in the front withers part for my horse but it did well. It has not been hosed off yet but I expect it to be fine.

I bought this pad protector to use as a wool pad to go with my Wintec Australian saddle. I wanted a contoured wool pad, which is hard to find for Aussie saddle since they use a thin pad. This wool is very soft and has nice cushion for the horse. The contour is great! Fits up in the gullet and off the spine. It is very similar quality to a diamond wool saddle pad I bought for a western saddle, which surprised me for something that is meant to be a liner. This is a great pad to use alone if you need a thin, close contact pad on a well fitting, lighter saddle, but would also work great with a saddle blanket/pad too.
